Transitioning to Private Instruction Only

After many years of teaching regular yoga classes, I will be retiring from my scheduled class offerings. My final class was held on December 18, 2025.

While I am stepping back from group classes, I'm pleased to share that I will continue working with my private students. This transition allows me to focus on personalized instruction while maintaining my connection to the yoga community I cherish.

The website will remain active to support ongoing private sessions and to share updates as this new chapter unfolds in the new year.
