Transitioning to Private Instruction Only -
Final Scheduled Class December 18th

After many years of teaching regular yoga classes, I will be retiring from my scheduled class offerings. My final scheduled class will be held on December 18, 2025.

While I am stepping back from group classes, I'm pleased to share that I will continue working with my private students. This transition allows me to focus on personalized instruction while maintaining my connection to the yoga community I cherish.

The website will remain active to support ongoing private sessions and to share updates as this new chapter unfolds in the new year.

Yoga Classes via Zoom

I would like to maintain clear instruction and still support individual needs.

These classes are not intended for new students of my teaching.

  • Sunday - 11:00-12:00
  • Monday - 10-11:00 am
  • Tuesday - 5:00-6:00 pm
  • Thursday Seniors - 10:00-11:00 am

Due to the changes, I will ask you to sign the waiver and return it back to me prior to participation in any online classes.
