Kathy Nash has been practicing yoga since 1972 and teaching since 1983. Her teaching style lends itself to managing multi-level students in all her classes. This environment offers ample opportunity to learn yoga.
Kathy offers private lessons, group classes and workshops designed for all skill levels.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Yoga mats and other equipment may be purchased. The teacher should be advised if any student has injuries or health concerns.
